Zenless Zone Zero's anniversary patch adds a brand-new attribute
Version 3.1 'The Long Goodbye' opened July 29 as the game's second-anniversary update. Remielle debuts the Lumiflux attribute, Sigrid follows as an S-Rank Ice agent, and a 25-minute extraction mode called Operation Bagel joins permanently.

Zenless Zone Zero is a free action RPG from HoYoverse. You send a squad of agents into anomalous spaces called Hollows and fight in real time, alternating between city sections and combat. Version 3.1, “The Long Goodbye”, opened July 29, 2026. It is the second-anniversary patch, so all of August sits inside it.
The attribute chart got a new column
Two S-Rank agents arrived this version.
- Remielle: the first agent on the Lumiflux attribute. Because the attribute itself is new, enemy resistance math built around the old chart changes.
- Sigrid: an S-Rank Ice attacker, opening in Phase 2 on August 19.
New attributes are rare. Adding another character to an existing attribute is a roster change; adding an attribute changes the premise of team building. If your squad is currently stacked on one attribute, this is the patch that gives you a reason to move.
Operation Bagel is permanent, not an event
“Enigma of the Labyrinth: Operation Bagel” shipped alongside as a permanent mode, not a limited-time one. You enter fixed 3D Hollow maps, assemble a loadout that only exists inside the mode, gather valuables, and extract inside 25 minutes.
Where the usual combat walks a set stage, this one asks you to decide how much to take and when to leave. Being permanent, there is no reason to rush it.
Version 3.2 lands September 9
3.2 splits into two phases: Phase 1 on September 9 with Claret, Phase 2 on September 30 with Roxy. Which also means the window for 3.1’s banners is closing.
