Delete account and data

You can ask us to delete your GameSnapshots account and the data attached to it. Requests are handled within 30 days of receipt.
What gets deleted
- Your account (the identifier and email from Google sign-in, plus display name and profile image)
- Cards you own and your collection history
- The account-linked parts of your market listings and purchases
- Your credit balance (credits are not refunded, they are forfeited)
What is kept
- Payment and transaction records: kept for the period required by law, used only for accounting and dispute handling.
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify a person: these cannot be traced back to an account, so they remain.
- Cards already traded to other users: a completed trade belongs to its new owner and is not reversed.
How to request
The button below opens a deletion request email. If you are signed in, your account identifier is filled in automatically. If not, please include the email address you signed up with.
Sign in to have your identifier filled in automatically. You can also request deletion by email without signing in.
What happens next
We verify the request, delete the data, and reply when it is done. If we cannot verify ownership we may ask for more information. Deletion cannot be undone.
