The first banner window of Genshin Impact Version 7.0 opens on August 12 and runs through September 1. The Phase 1 five-star rate-ups are new character Odette and a returning Arlecchino. The preceding 6.7 Phase 2, featuring Raiden Shogun and Columbina, ran from July 21 to August 11, so the two windows follow each other with no gap.
If you have been saving Primogems, it is worth deciding how to split them now, since both rate-ups share the same phase.
