About
ITER-8 is a brutal but hilarious action-strategy hybrid that perfectly fuses resource mining, automated tower defense, and roguelike progression. Assuming the role of an expendable corporate worker, you must crack open massive pillars, gather vital resources, and desperately defend your base against alien threats. When you inevitably die, a fresh employee will take your place, utilizing your hard-earned upgrades to climb even higher.
Story
Welcome to the ITER Corporation, where life is cheap but company time is precious. You are employee #8, tasked with exploring the surface to extract resources and restore power to the Undercity. Remember: in space, no one can hear you scream—and doing so is a waste of valuable company time.
Gameplay
The core loop requires frantic multitasking as you drill into mysterious pillars to extract minerals while rushing back to base to install gun towers and turrets.
