About
BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW is a first-person psychological horror adventure that delves deep into the terrifying impact of social media on mental health. You play as Anne, a victim of bullying and body image issues, trapped in a twisted reality where she must confront grotesque manifestations of her past traumas.
Story
Anne, a young woman scarred by childhood bullying and an overbearing, beauty-obsessed mother, finds herself desperate for validation as a streamer. This desperation traps her in a surreal nightmare world—a distortion of her family home, schools, and hospitals—where she faces symbolic creatures representing her eating disorders and self-loathing.
Gameplay
Evolving beyond the walking-simulator roots of its predecessors, UNFOLLOW introduces active stealth mechanics, environmental puzzles, and chase sequences. Players utilize a smartphone as a central tool to illuminate the dark, interact with social media elements, and solve riddles while evading relentless enemies in a choice-driven narrative with multiple endings.
