Here Comes the Swarm is an indie survival RTS that blends intense colony simulation with the deliberate tactical depth of a pause mechanic. Take control of your settlement's destiny by building robust defenses, managing critical resources, and leading daring expeditions at your own pace without the pressure of a ticking clock. Will you survive the hive mind?
Story
The once-peaceful world of Ulora has fallen to a relentless hive mind known as the Swarm. As a commander of the survivors, you must establish safe havens, survive endless waves of fiendish attackers, and eventually take the fight directly to the source to strike a decisive blow against the hive.
Gameplay
Players must carefully balance base-building and resource management with active defense against incoming waves of enemies. The signature tactical pause button allows for stress-free, deliberate planning, while a procedural expedition map offers varied challenges, powerful blessings, and encounters with empowered enemies.
